In 1982, I was now in the tenth grade (Senior High School). I had a poster of a Unicorn meandering the woods hanging on my bedroom wall. There were sculptures of wood, tiles, and house tiles I created hanging up also. I was taking any art classes I possibly could including Commercial Art, Drafting, & Architectural Design.
I remember we had a severe snow storm in Winter. My parents had me shovel our driveway and I would come in and put my gloves on the old radiators to dry out. I had grown up in a Colonial house that was built in 1880. I listened to Bruce Springsteen’s Nebraska album as the snow fell in the 1982 -1983 Winter.
I had started to favorite a genre which was rock and progressive rock. I did not listen to country music that often. Little did I know that ‘Hair’ bands would become a rage in a few years.

Asia was originally made up of members from Yes, Emerson Lake & Palmer, and King Crimson after they broke up. Asia was considered a Supergroup.
